House gives Nazi bill 'emergency' status
Title
House gives Nazi bill 'emergency' status
Abstract
The Illinois House Rules Committee rules that State Senator John Nimrod's bill to block the National Socialist Party of America (Nazi) march in Skokie has emergency status. Nimrod's measure would allow municipalities to deny public demonstration permits in cases where there is a "reasonable apprehension" that violence would result.
