Hand-drawn map of the Native American Indian trails, surveyor tract lines, the Edens Expressway, Railroads, and real estate subdivisions in Skokie illustrating the pattern of settlement in 1984. Streets/landmarks labeled: Golf Road, Dempster Street, Oakton Street, Skokie Swift tracks, Touhy Avenue, Gross Point Road, Niles Center Road, Little Fort Trail (Lincoln Avenue), Shopping Center, Cemetery, Sewage Plant, and Evanston Golf Club.
