    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Architectural drawings for Edwin T. Klehm home, which was located at the Northwest corner of Oakton Street and Floral Avenue in Niles Center, Illinois (Skokie), until it was torn down in 1959. The home was the first to have indoor plumbing, powered by windmill, and the first to have electricity. The highly detailed drawings show all exterior views of the house including the front, back, sides, and roof. There are also interior floor plans for the entire house, including the first and second floors, the attic and the basement.]]></dcterms:description>
