This Krenn & Dato blueprint map of the Devonshire Manor Annex shows the area bordered by Simpson Street on the North, Lyons Street on the South, Kildare Avenue on the East and Kilbourne [sic] Avenue on the West in Niles Center, Illinois (Skokie). Other streets included in the area are Kostner Avenue, Lowell Avenue, Hamlin Street, Foster Street, Kenneth Avenue, and Emerson Street. There is an inset map indicating where Devonshire Manor is located in relation to Downtown Chicago and the surrounding North side of Chicago. Also on the map is a list of covenants and restrictions for the subdivision, regarding what can be built and where it can be built.

This map, which was part of a W.P.A. (Works Progress Administration) project in June of 1939, was an Index to an Atlas of Niles Center, Illinois (Skokie). The street map identifies all of the streets in Skokie in 1939, as well as the Chicago and Northwest Railway and the Skokie Swift L Line. However the Edens Expressway is not yet present. Also indicated is Oakton Park, the Evanston Golf Club, Memorial Park Cemetery and property owned by a public service company.

This map is a survey of land owned by Peter Dahm and his wife, Wilhelmina Gertrude Dahm. The 23.99 acres were subdivided into lots by the surveyor, Fred Norlin. The triangular shaped area owned by the Dahm's was bordered by the Chicago Northwest Railway to the East, Dempster Street to the South and Gross Point Road to the West in Niles Center, Illinois (Skokie). The map was approved by the Village President, John E. Brown, the Village Clerk, Charles Langfeld, and the Village Engineer, A. W. Consoer.
