The photograph was taken while Dr. Klehm was attending the University of Illinois, Chicago Medical School, from which she graduated in 1902. Dr. Klehm was only 1 of 15 women to graduate from University of Illinois Chicago Medical School in 1902. Photograph may be of members of the Nu Sigma Phi Fraternity, to which Dr. Klehm belonged.
